A Testimony

 Dear All:

As some of you may know, I have been dealing with Bleeding Ulcerative Colitis since before Christmas and my judgement was becoming impared by the frustration of this ailment and not seeing any "Light at the end of the tunnel".

After a visit to the Emergency Room where they did nothing for me and a number of converstaions with my GI Doctor, I was getting very frustrated and my lack of healing/ remission. The only thing the ER visit revealed is I have a small hernia next to one that was repaired with mesh back in 2000. This may very well be what has triggered the episode of UC I am experiencing now. I had managed to get a dose of Skyrizi in me but that didn't seem to be of much help. I am on budesonide with limited results. The Dr wanted to put me on Prednisone but, I cannot take that due to resulting Cardiac reactions.  

Finally, this past Friday on the way to work  and praying at the same time. I had asked for healing, again. Only this time I prayed something like this. Lord, as surely as you healed  Prater Gaius's son from a distance, would you please heal me from where ever you are in the Universe?

I repeated this request along with my evening prayers before supper which is a daily event.

Here is is two days later and it seems as if I no longer have discernable blood in my  waste/ There is still some mucus and I know I am not totally out of the woods. However, I feel that my request has been heard and acted on.

 AGAIN, don't ever try to tell me the power of Prayer doesn't work. I know, in my heart, it does.

Death in Adam, Life in Christ

The Trustworthy Prophetic Word

¹⁶ For we did not follow cunningly devised fables when we made known to you the power and coming of our Lord Jesus Christ, but were eyewitnesses of His majesty. ¹⁷ For He received from God the Father honor and glory when such a voice came to Him from the Excellent Glory: “This is My beloved Son, in whom I am well pleased.” ¹⁸ And we heard this voice which came from heaven when we were with Him on the holy mountain.

Christ Crucified

2 And I, brethren, when I came to you, did not come with excellence of speech or of wisdom declaring to you the ^[a]testimony of God. ² For I determined not to know anything among you except Jesus Christ and Him crucified. ³ I was with you in weakness, in fear, and in much trembling. ⁴ And my speech and my preaching were not with persuasive words of ^[b]human wisdom, but in demonstration of the Spirit and of power, ⁵ that your faith should not be in the wisdom of men but in the power of God.

Spiritual Wisdom

⁶ However, we speak wisdom among those who are mature, yet not the wisdom of this age, nor of the rulers of this age, who are coming to nothing. ⁷ But we speak the wisdom of God in a mystery, the hidden wisdom which God ^[c]ordained before the ages for our glory, ⁸ which none of the rulers of this age knew; for had they known, they would not have crucified the Lord of glory.

“Eye has not seen, nor ear heard,
Nor have entered into the heart of man
The things which God has prepared for those who love Him.”

Travel

 Dear all:

Between no Passport, Bleeding Ulcerative Colitis and a screwed Lumber Spine, I'm not going anyplace any time soon plus I just got hit with $3400 in Med expenses.

I can't even drive 50 miles to my West to visit an Amish Family who are not only friends but true Brothers and Sisters in Christ.

I have no clue where some people think I can fly 4500 miles when I can't even drive 50 miles. That kind of  paranoia is very disheartening to me. You know, I approached a group of people as a friend and in peace and for the most part all I have gotten in return is slapped in the face!

I can only Pray that someday we will have a conversation and get things sorted out. I had never intended for my current situation in Europe to turn to crap like it currently is. However, due to Language and Cultural differences, I am now [Not by choice] at logger heads with the people in Lesser Poland. I am truly very heart broken about this mess.

Please, I ask for prayers for Healing.

Here's an interesting note: I NEVER thought, a little Hick, "Whistle Stop" Town in the Southwest of Poland would ever have such a big impact on my life. True enough, I am in disgrace right now mostly because of my own stupidity. I pray all will eventually work out once they figure out I am not the enemy!

 This morning, during breakfast, after I read my daily devotional. I opened Ida's Bible to a random page, which put me at Proverbs 17:28. What it said hit me like a ton of bricks and now, I feel like a total smacked A** :(
